เรื่องย่อWizard Barristers: Benmashi Cecil เป็นเรื่องราวเกิดขึ้นใน Tokyo ในปี 2018 แต่เป็นโลกที่ซึ่งคนธรรมดาและผู้ที่สามารถใช้เวทมนตร์อาศัยอยู่ร่วมกัน จึงต้องมีกฏหมายคอยควมคุมการใช้เวทมนตร์ขึ้น และมี “ศาลเวทมนตร์” ในการตัดสินข้อพิพาทที่เกี่ยวกับการใช้เวทมตร์ต่างๆ โดยมี “Benmashi” หรือทนายความเวทมนตร์ ในการว่าความให้กับคดีเกี่ยวกับผู้ใช้เวทมนตร์ โดยอนิเมะจะพูดถึง Cecil สาวน้อยวัย 17 ผู้เป็น “Benmashi” อายุน้อยที่สุดในประวัติศาสตร์ ผู้คอยว่าความในคดีต่างๆ ให้กับผู้ใช้เวทมนตร์
